TERMS OF USE FOR HALAL HITS

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Halal Hits website (the "Site") and the services available through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

User Content

You may upload and publish videos, comments, and other content (collectively, "User Content") on the Site. You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you upload.

You agree not to upload any User Content that:

You grant Halal Hits a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner your User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Site and Halal Hits's business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Halal Hits, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

HALAL HITS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES THE SITE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

Termination

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
